Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Ekologie Forte Pvt. Ltd. This role involves working closely with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting our range of organic food products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. This is a full-time position for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock keeping
• Experience in billing processes

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing organic food products
• Provide knowledgeable advice and information about our products
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
