Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Officer at SRKVM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd in Navi Mumbai. The Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales activities on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Lead Generation and Sales Operations experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of jewelry or retail industry is a plus
