The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.

Responsibilities

• The RSO grows, aggressively and profitably, the consumer business in General Trade for a designated territory/area in the relevant aspects of Distribution.
• Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Team management and Distributor Management. He/she leads inspiringly a sales organization with SR/SSR/TSO/ASO and
• Distributors. He/she ensures an efficient team and effective Sales organization. He/she acts as a role model for the sales organization in promoting and living the guiding principles of the FHP Mission Statement in the daily business.
• He/she ensures the accomplishment of sales objectives and the delivery of business results.
• He/she provides adequate updates to the sales organization including quality and quantity of team members, necessary information of market activities & fulfils his responsibilities with complete integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Min 3- 6 years of sales experience
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
• Ability to travel in order to do business
