The Business Executive is responsible for smooth flow of backend business process like billing, documentation, stock management and other related activities they also facilitate in monthly stock auditing.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of documents
- Preparing quotation for HP-SME CH orders
- Preparing proforma Invoice for B2B orders -CH
- Preparing Purchase order for B2B, BYOD - Pan India
- Preparing debit note & Delivery challan for DOA process for all SAMSUNG CH
- Preparing permission letters for BYOD Events
- Filing documents such as Invoices, DOA certificates, stock audit reports, etc
Stock Management
- Managing SAMSUNG warehouse inventories
- Arranging products & essential material for BYOD events
- Weekly auditing the stocks of all branches
- Assisting in monthly stock audit
Preparation of Reports
- Preparing Samsung sales target report on a daily basis
- Preparing daily sales report for accounting purpose
- Preparing sales order report across location for SME based on POs
- Maintaining outstanding report of B2B, HP SME - CH & CBE
- Preparing funnel report for SAM & HP SME
- Preparing Master Sales report of AL & TVS
- Preparing all relevant reports for AL & TVS (Payment allocation, daily sales report, etc)
- Sending Stock report to Savex on a weekly / monthly basis
- Making purchase entries & stock inward entries for BYOD & B2B, HP event AL & TVS event
- Preparing sales invoice for BYOD, B2B, HP SME, Event AL, Event TVS
- Making entries of Sales return & purchase return in EPOS
- Preparing insurance reports for BYOD Samsung across location to Ingram
- Uploading GMCS report - BYOD across location
Review:
Review to be done on a Monthly basis by the Service Head, on the below mentioned criteria s
- Ensuring stock availability at stores
- Zero errors at stock audit
- Up-to date entries in GMCS
- Overall achievement of Samsung Sales target (location wise)
Reward:
- On achievement of above criteria, the employee will be eligible for 10% on Gross salary as his / her incentive.
Recognition:
- On consecutive achievement of all 4 quarter as specified in the review criteria. The person will be eligible for Yearly theme-based award.
