Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Retail Sales Manager at Algomage. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, leading a team of retail sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and experience, and driving revenue growth. The Retail Sales Manager will also be responsible for communication, customer service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Data Analysis:Utilize analytical skills to assess sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
- Customer Acquisition:Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with event photographers, understanding their needs and demonstrating how Algomage can add value to their business.
- Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of goals.
- Sales Reporting:Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience:Minimum 5-7years of sales experience, preferably in the technology or photography industry.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and convey complex technical concepts simply and compellingly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
