Retail Sales Executive
Location: Pune
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Retail.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving
complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping
experience for customers.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
Assist in the implementation of store promotions and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall
store performance.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively
communicate with customers and drive sales.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, safety, and loss
prevention.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing
environments.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
