We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the job market and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
- Communicate information about products and services to customers
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms
- Compute sales prices, total purchases, and receive and process cash or credit payment
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
- Maintain records related to sales
- Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items
- Demonstrate the use of merchandise
- Prepare merchandise for purchase or rental
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 0-4 years of experience in the job market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional language proficiency is a plus)
