Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Sales Consultant at Shivam Autozone. As a Retail Sales Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, demonstrating product features, and closing sales. This role is primarily based in Palghar, with flexibility for some remote work.

• Sales Consulting and Retail Sales skills
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and local languages

The ideal candidate should possess the aforementioned skills and qualifications. A passion for cars and knowledge of Maruti Suzuki vehicles would be beneficial in this role.
