Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude, always maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Understand customer requirements to recommend and advise on EV charging solutions and accessories, leading to successful sales.
Address customer inquiries and handle complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Learn and execute billing and payment processes efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring product displays follow set guidelines.- Adhere to company policies, store rules, and operational procedures.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster customer retention.
Provide detailed product explanations, showcasing the features and benefits of EV charging products.
- Promote and explain additional products to generate leads and cross-sell opportunities.
Support fellow team members in closing sales and managing the selling process.- Regularly report to the Store Manager on sales activities, performance, and challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work in a team and assist co-executives when needed.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to understanding products and processes.
