The Retail Space Selling Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling retail space within shopping centers or commercial establishments. This role involves developing sales strategies, building relationships with retailers, and ensuring high levels of occupancy and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify Prospective Tenants: Conduct market research to identify potential retail clients looking for space in shopping centers or commercial areas.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain retail clients, meeting sales targets and company objectives.
Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to understand their requirements and present suitable retail space options.
Site Visits: Organize and conduct site visits for potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the retail spaces available.
Negotiations: Negotiate lease terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Market Trends: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide relevant insights and suggestions to clients and the management team.
