Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Retail Sales Assistant. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Retail Sales Assistant will also handle cash transactions, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and participate in inventory management.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the products and services offered
- Prior experience in retail or sales roles is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
