Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Relationship Manager to join our team and lead the growth of our CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our CASA customer base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Sr. Relationship Manager will also mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new CASA customers through various channels such as direct sales, referrals, and networking.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing CASA customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets as set by the management.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries and issues promptly.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior relationship managers and sales executives to enhance their performance and achieve team targets.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales and service activities comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
