1. Role - Retail Relationship Manager (5 Nos)

Location - Pune

Industry - Banking / NBFC

Relevant Required Experience (1-2) Years min.

Salary Range As per industry Standard (max 16-17 Lakhs)

The role description is mentioned below:

· Sourcing of Home loans, loans against Property, Lease Rental Discounting, Insurance and any other retail products offered by the bank through self-lead generation and with the help of branch activity.

· Developing, maintaining and managing relationships with business generators like DSAs, Connectors, Chartered Accountants other financial consultants.

· Responsible for maintaining a good loan portfolio for the Mortgage business in the region

· Coordination with the Credit department for processing of loan till final disbursement.

· Undertaking site visits of properties to be mortgaged and residences of borrowers, as well ensure due diligence and KYC of the borrower

· Thorough knowledge of various Banking products.

· Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.
