About the Role
Assistant Manager/Manager - Retail Projects: You'll bring our brand to life in stores! From designing eye-catching displays to managing vendor relationships, you'll transform retail spaces into engaging experiences. You'll balance creativity with strategy, ensuring our POSM, fixtures, and promotions are top-notch. Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and execute POSM, fixtures, and brand assets for all offline formats, including General Trade, Modern Trade, and Exclusive Brand Stores.
- Develop and manage planograms to optimise product placement and visibility across retail formats.
- Onboard and manage vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and negotiating competitive pricing.
- Oversee budgets for retail projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards.
- Maintain the Asset & POSM Tracker to ensure timely distribution and installation of marketing and branding collaterals.
- Plan and execute Gift With Purchase (GWP) and other trade marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.
- Manage the execution of seasonal visual merchandising (VM).
- Coordinate and execute in-store activations and promotions, collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure all POSM and fixtures meet brand quality standards through regular audits and compliance checks.
- Track the effectiveness of POSM and displays, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
The Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3-5 years in retail projects or trade marketing, with experience in vendor management and budget control.
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of Corel Draw and 3D Max is required. Knowing Illustrator is a plus
