Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Retail Pharmacy Manager at MedRev Pharmacy in Gorakhpur. The Retail Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including managing pharmacy technicians, handling prescriptions, providing immunization services, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy practice standards. preparing various daily report - Sales/Inventory/Purchase/GRN/Audit Report /Vendor Management/Warehousing Experience/ Advance Excel/Team Handling
Qualifications
- Pharmacy Technicians skills
- Pharmacy Practice and Prescription knowledge
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field (preferred)
Extended Qualification
MBA in Hospital Pharmacy Operation or Hospital Operations
Exposure in Pharmacy Retail
Exposure in Handling multiple branches
Exposure in warehousing ( Medicine)
