Retail Merchandiser

Position: Cluster Visual Merchandiser

Role Purpose - Ensure merchandise planning process to deliver AOP , markdown, stockholding and flow objectives under the guidance of Head of Planning and B&M.

Qualifications:

Diploma, graduate, or post-graduate degree in Fashion Management/Retail Merchandising Management/MBA or related field.

5-7 years of experience in the retail industry in merchandising roles.

Proven track record of success in retail merchandising.

Responsibilities:

1. Finance - Assist in achieving the plan by AOP, SPSF, Markdown, Full Price Sell Through
2. Customer - Delight the consumer with product range offer
3. Internal Business Process

• Develop an assortment plan with the brand/category
• Adhere to process calendar
• Use feedback on product quality, performance, customer satisfaction.
• Follow buying processes/practices.

4. People/Learning & Growth

• Analyze and keep abreast of the customer buying behavior, trends / market development through regular market, store visits
• Maintain good cross functional team working

Additional Requirements:

Experience working in retail clusters or multi-store environments is preferred.
