Retail Merchandiser

We are looking for experienced candidates from Bangalore only who have experience in the following areas:

Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies.

Manage and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases to track product performance, pricing, margins, and other key metrics.

Develop and execute merchandising plans in collaboration with the buying team, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sales targets, and seasonal trends.

Conduct in-depth analysis of historical sales data and customer feedback to forecast demand, plan product assortments, and determine optimal inventory levels.

Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed merchandising decisions and stay ahead of market dynamics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, visual merchandising, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.

Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate terms and agreements, and ensure timely delivery and quality of merchandise.
