Join our innovative cloud bakery The Rolling Pinn. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing opportunities for bakery participation in events. Manage booth setup, temporary sales staff, and ensures successful sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets
Event Identification: Identify events aligning with the bakery's audience and brand.
Negotiation: Negotiate booth spaces, fees, and logistics with event organizers.
Event Planning: Coordinate booth setup, signage, and decorations.
Ensure permits and paperwork are completed.
Provide clear guidelines and expectations.
Booth Operations: Oversee attractive booth presentation.
Monitor inventory levels and restock during events.
Sales Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics for each event.
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Customer Engagement: Foster positive customer interactions.
Gather feedback for future event strategies.
Budget Management: Manage event budget, including fees and staffing costs.
