We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Head to lead our retail operations in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the retail sector, having successfully helped brands establish stores from scratch. This role requires strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations:
- Oversee the opening and management of new stores, ensuring a seamless launch process.
- Optimize store layouts and merchandising strategies to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Sales Performance:
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for all retail locations.
- Implement promotional campaigns and initiatives to boost sales and attract customers.
- Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor retail staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and development opportunities.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all stores.
- Gather customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the shopping experience.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage retail budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyze financial performance to make informed decisions for growth and profitability.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of opening and managing stores.
