Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, assist with outfit selection, and offer style advice.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the collection to guide customers effectively.

Customer Service: Address customer queries and ensure a positive in-store experience.

Store Maintenance: Keep displays organized, neat, and visually appealing.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets to support store goals.

Sustainability Promotion: Educate customers on the benefits of sustainable fashion.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in retail, preferably in fashion or luxury segments.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.

Ability to understand customer preferences and offer style advice accordingly.

Goal-oriented and motivated to meet sales targets.

Knowledge or interest in sustainable fashion is a plus.
