Responsibilities

This is an exciting role and would entail you to:

  • Strategy Management: Oversee comprehensive strategies for clients products on Amazon, integrating sales, marketing, and supply chain optimization for the platform.
  • Digital Shelf Optimization: Develop and manage top-tier Amazon Product Pages to enhance visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversion rates.
  • Promotional Planning: Create and execute promotional calendars to accelerate growth for clients, ensuring effective utilization of promotions.
  • Analytics and Business Reporting: Utilize proprietary dashboards to monitor business trends, extracting insights for the development of forward-looking strategies.
  • Consultative Support: Act as an on-call consultant, addressing and resolving various Amazon-related challenges through email, phone calls, in-person meetings, and comprehensive reports.
  • Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on industry news and platform changes, promptly flagging relevant updates to clients and the broader Flywheel team. Identify implications and recommend actionable strategies.

Qualifications

This may be the right role for your if you have,

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Vendor Central and Seller Central.
  • Previous experience in retail sales and marketing within the e-commerce domain, preferably on the brand, retailer, or agency side.
  • Demonstrated bias for action with a hands-on attitude, ready to take initiative and contribute to successful outcomes.
  • Strong sense of ownership, complemented by effective organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Comfortable using Excel for analysis, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex and diverse datasets.
