Role/ Job Title: Data Analyst
Function/ Department: Retail Banking
Job Purpose:
The role holder has the responsibility to review performance of all retail asset products and continuously monitor risk across the portfolio. It entails the responsibility to automate the process and implement tools and frameworks to adhere to the statutory guidelines contributing to the larger objectives of the bank.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Portfolio analytics and monitoring performance of all retail asset products and initiate key actions from time to time.
- Develop, implement and maintain automated reporting for managing and monitoring risk across all retail asset products.
- Ind-AS (IFRS 9) implementation - Model development of PD, LGD and EAD.
- Regular reporting of ECL numbers for retail as per approved policy of the bank.
- Develop ICAAP stress testing, loss forecasting models for retail assets.
- Risk related regulatory reporting to various committees and authorities.
- Assure adherence to the guidelines set by the bank.
- Ensure bank meets the audit, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Keep a track on macro-economic developments and incorporate the same in business strategies.
- Review and validation of score cards for Retail lending products and continuously monitor the same.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation : Any Graduation
Post Graduation : Any Post-graduation
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
