Key Responsibilities
- The role is critical to ensure area store sales, store-level profitability & KPIs.
- Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies to increase standards of customer service.
- Monitor existing SOP adherence and implement new SOPs/alter to optimize operations to ensure high efficiency.
- Communicate and regularly achieve sales targets for a team of store managers while working with high standards of operations across the region.
- Recruiting, training, personal grooming, and motivating the sales staff and store managers
- Evaluate and analyze performance bothstore-wise and employee-wise, using key metrics and come up with solutions to improve them.
- Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.
- Perform detailed analysis of new market trends, consumer behavior, and competition in the market.
- Assist the marketing team in carrying out promotional activities.
- Acknowledge escalated customer queries timely and effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as an Area manager, store manager, assistant manager, or similar managerial role.
- Post-graduation in business administration, retail management or a similar field.
- This role involves traveling, 3-4 days/week traveling.
- Candidates from beauty and personal-care background will be preferred.
