Sr. Application Support Engineer

Knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management is a must.

More than 4 7 years of hands-on experience of any Warehouse Management Application is a must.

Ability to manage multiple warehouses and multiple teams in different countries.

Ability to deliver tasks, activities and projects within agreed timelines.

Ability to monitor and resolve service tickets within agreed SLAs.

Knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.

Knowledge of Crystal Reports is a plus.

Have experience in Cloud experience

Have good communication skill.

Ability to guide, coach, mentor and motivate team members

Educational Qualifications : Any Graduate

Budget: 6 6.5 LPA
