Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Analyst to join our team and focus on the F&B/Retail sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed market research, financial modeling, and operational analysis to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives. With a background in consulting or direct industry experience, the Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive studies on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes within the F&B/Retail sector.
- Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Financial Analysis & Modeling:
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and evaluating investment opportunities.
- Analyze key financial metrics to assess operational and business performance.
- Strategic Recommendations:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft strategies for business expansion, product innovation, and operational optimization.
- Present strategic recommendations and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Data Visualization & Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Use advanced tools to visualize data and support decision-making processes.
- Industry Monitoring:
- Stay updated on emerging trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the F&B/Retail space.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and thought leaders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:
- 25 years in strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain) or relevant roles within leading F&B/Retail brands (e.g., K Hospitality, TATA Starbucks).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Expertise in building financial models and conducting operational analysis.
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Key Competencies:
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
