Job Description:

Astin Overseas is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Administrator to join our team in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and IT support tasks tailored to the retail sector. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Tracking: Manage and track invoices to ensure timely processing and accuracy.

Purchase and Sale Reports for VAT: Prepare detailed reports for VAT compliance, including all purchase and sales data.

Payment Tracking: Monitor and record all payments to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.

Employee HR System Management: Implement and manage HR systems to streamline employee management processes.

Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive sales.

E-commerce Website Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of e-commerce platforms tailored to the retail sector.

General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the retail team, including data entry, record keeping, and customer service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in retail administration or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of retail accounting practices and VAT reporting.

Proficiency in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant accounting and HR software.
