The Implementation is to be carried out by on ground field NGOs, who have

experience of this work and have trust and credibility of both the government and communities. In each state we

will have one lead NGO who will further partner with other small NGOs as needed and be our main point of contact.

Shall facilitate partnerships with State governments.

Develop the Final Proposal based on the

approved concept note

Conduct pre conceptualization workshops, desk reviews for each of the states in a sequential manner to develop the proposal including the

budgets
