Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor at Kofteci Foodkrafts located in Bengaluru. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and implementing food & beverage service protocols.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service protocols
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
