The Restaurant Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and increasing the restaurant's revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and promoting the restaurant's offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food and hospitality industry.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales, including upselling menu items, promoting special offers, and driving customer engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Manage customer databases and follow up on leads and inquiries.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, corporate accounts, and catering services.Promotions and Events:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns that attract new customers and increase sales. Promote seasonal and special menu items to boost revenue.Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including analysis of sales trends, customer feedback, and sales performance. Use data to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Brand Representation: Represent Fruit Coffee at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and attract new customers.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth for the restaurant.Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.Training and Development: Provide training to restaurant staff on sales techniques and customer service best practices to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.- A passion for food and hospitality, with a keen interest in the restaurant industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
