Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at MW Hotel Vrindavan located in Aligarh. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing the restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Proven ability to manage a diverse team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
