Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Restaurant Manager. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will also coordinate with the kitchen staff, handle customer complaints and concerns, and implement policies and procedures to optimize restaurant performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems
