candidate for the Restaurant Manager position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality Excellence:
- Ensure guests receive an unforgettable dining experience, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
- Uphold service standards and manuals to ensure consistent quality in every aspect of our operations.
- Maintain a commitment to food quality excellence, serving dishes with the utmost care and attention to detail.
- Implement regular food quality checks to maintain standard taste and presentation.
- Enforce strict management of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Preserve the ambiance and cleanliness of the store, prioritizing guest safety and comfort.
- Take ownership of store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
People Development and Training:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for new team members, ensuring alignment with our values and standards.
- Identify and develop talent within the team, providing adequate training and advancement opportunities.
- Ensure timely execution of training programs for all positions within the store.
- Assign skilled partners to key positions to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
Sustainable Business Development:
- Take responsibility for the store's profit and loss statement, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Manage partner scheduling to optimize sales while controlling costs of labor.
- Monitor expenses related to ordering and purchasing to maximize profit margins.
- Maintain control over stock and inventory management, minimizing costs and waste.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong emphasis on service quality.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

- Passion for culinary excellence and a dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
