Restaurant Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of successful management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
• Ensure that all health and safety standards are met and maintained
• Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
• Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of inventory management and financial analysis
• Familiarity with local food and beverage regulations and laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
