This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at Kaam.com. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including P&L management, ensuring customer satisfaction, customer service, budgeting, and hiring. The Restaurant General Manager will play a vital role in maintaining high standards and driving growth in the restaurant.

• P&L Management, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis skills
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in managing and training staff
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
