Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Captain at Tongue Tickle Foods located in Hyderabad. The Restaurant Captain will be responsible for supervising the restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating communication between staff and management.

• Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong leadership skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality
