Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
Coordinate and oversee the flow of service to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain a positive dining atmosphere.
Train and mentor staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
- Create and manage schedules for front-of-house staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Monitor and maintain quality standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation.- Address and resolve issues that may arise during service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Work closely with kitchen staff, management, and other team members to enhance overall restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
