Resource Manager

Experience : 6 - 10 Years

Job Description:

Demand Management:

1. Understand business needs in terms of resources and provide assistance to the delivery in faster fulfillment
2. Manage the requisition status, priorities and RBD's as per the demand in the itracQ (recruitment tracking tool)
3. Closely work with Delivery teams pro-actively and plan for ramp up's, ramp down's
4. Assists delivery teams in taking decisions about permanent vs contract hiring
5. Acts as a channel between Delivery and TAT for speedy fulfillment
6. Assists in providing demand reports as and when required by the leadership

Review Calls:

1. Drives weekly DU calls with Delivery and TAT team's
2. Plays an anchor role and assisting the teams in effective resource fulfillment
3. Discusses about internal resources utilization for the open positions
4. Discusses about any potential ramp up's and ramp down's

CPD Engagement & Management:

1. Manages the resources who are in CPD in terms and plan for their earliest deployment to other projects
2. Maintains close connect with the CPD resources & understand their improvement areas
3. Identify the skills gaps with the new open positions and plan for competency development with the help of TEG, LEAD functions
4. Monitors their performance in different interviews and plan for their improvements if any
5. Ability to forecast the CPD trends with understanding of all business dynamics
6. Should ensure RMG policy adherence, SLA's
7. Resolves issues of CPD employees if they have any

Others:

As a part of this role, he/she will working with different functions like University relations team (URT), LEAD, HR for different aspects of Resource Management

1. Works with URT team to plan campus hiring every year
2. Works with LEAD to plan cross skill trainings, campus training
3. Works with HR for CPD employee engagement, policy aspects
4. Works with Operations controller team and help Delivery on operational performance aspects
5. Will act as an interface for any RMG policy changes and implementations
6. Will be responsible for RMG E-SAT, D-SAT
