Resource Manager
Experience : 6 - 10 Years
Job Description:
Demand Management:
- Understand business needs in terms of resources and provide assistance to the delivery in faster fulfillment
- Manage the requisition status, priorities and RBD's as per the demand in the itracQ (recruitment tracking tool)
- Closely work with Delivery teams pro-actively and plan for ramp up's, ramp down's
- Assists delivery teams in taking decisions about permanent vs contract hiring
- Acts as a channel between Delivery and TAT for speedy fulfillment
- Assists in providing demand reports as and when required by the leadership
Review Calls:
- Drives weekly DU calls with Delivery and TAT team's
- Plays an anchor role and assisting the teams in effective resource fulfillment
- Discusses about internal resources utilization for the open positions
- Discusses about any potential ramp up's and ramp down's
CPD Engagement & Management:
- Manages the resources who are in CPD in terms and plan for their earliest deployment to other projects
- Maintains close connect with the CPD resources & understand their improvement areas
- Identify the skills gaps with the new open positions and plan for competency development with the help of TEG, LEAD functions
- Monitors their performance in different interviews and plan for their improvements if any
- Ability to forecast the CPD trends with understanding of all business dynamics
- Should ensure RMG policy adherence, SLA's
- Resolves issues of CPD employees if they have any
Others:
As a part of this role, he/she will working with different functions like University relations team (URT), LEAD, HR for different aspects of Resource Management
- Works with URT team to plan campus hiring every year
- Works with LEAD to plan cross skill trainings, campus training
- Works with HR for CPD employee engagement, policy aspects
- Works with Operations controller team and help Delivery on operational performance aspects
- Will act as an interface for any RMG policy changes and implementations
- Will be responsible for RMG E-SAT, D-SAT
