  • Checking SCCM compliance, installation and troubleshooting.
  • Checking hardware diagnostics.
  • Must take bottom line responsibility.
  • Must be good in English both written/spoken.
  • Must handle the work pressure with a sense of resolving the issue with good rapport.
  • Must be willing to travel on need basis to branch offices.
  • Must be willing to work during late hours/weekends on need basis.
