Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our resort operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strategic planning, effective team management, and the ability to enhance the resort's reputation and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics to achieve financial goals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote the resort and attract new guests.
  • Monitor and maintain the resort's facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local community stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute special events, conferences, and activities to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Resort Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office.
