Residential Hostel Warden

Summary:

The Residential Football Academy Warden oversees the holistic development and well-being of young footballers within the academy. This role entails tracking scholastic/academic progress, maintaining discipline, ensuring hygiene and nutrition standards, and observing behavioral patterns among the academy's residents.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Management, Psychology, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.

2. Previous experience: Min 3 years working with young athletes or in a residential academic setting.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

6. Knowledge of child development, behavior management techniques, and nutrition principles.

7. CPR and first aid certification preferred.
