We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager / Resident Relationship Manager to join our NEXA team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the automobile sector, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role. This position involves field sales responsibilities, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct field visits to generate leads, understand customer needs, and promote NEXA vehicles.
- Provide personalized service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
- Sales and Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Promote NEXA vehicles and related services to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective buyers.
- Follow up with potential clients and close sales deals.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team regarding customer preferences and market dynamics.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the dealership's sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Field Sales Activities:
- Conduct regular field visits to various locations within the assigned territory.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and competitive offerings.
Desired Skills:

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in the automobile industry or related field.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
