We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager / Resident Relationship Manager to join our NEXA team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the automobile sector, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role. This position involves field sales responsibilities, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Conduct field visits to generate leads, understand customer needs, and promote NEXA vehicles.
    • Provide personalized service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
  • Sales and Target Achievement:
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
    • Promote NEXA vehicles and related services to potential customers.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective buyers.
    • Follow up with potential clients and close sales deals.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team regarding customer preferences and market dynamics.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate with the dealership's sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Field Sales Activities:
    • Conduct regular field visits to various locations within the assigned territory.
    • Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
    • Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and competitive offerings.
Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with NEXA's range of vehicles and services is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the automobile industry or related field.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
