Key Areas of Responsibility
Services Operations management including Food & Beverages, Property maintenance, Asset management, Procurement, Vendor management, Employee & Customer relationship management, Concierge services, Para medical services,Petty cash management, management of other facilities
Major roles and responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site Resident Manager role at any of our senior living communities located in Guruvayoor, Hosur, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Chennai, and Cochin. As the Resident Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure living environment for our senior residents and management of all Services. You will oversee day-to-day service operations, manage staff, and ensure that residents needs are met. You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management.
Experience and education qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in services/hospitality/senior living segment
Experience in managing staff and overseeing operations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills
Experience in the senior living industry is added advantage
P&L management
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management/Hotel management or related field is preferred
Relevant skills and qualifications for this position include leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of safety and security protocols.
