What the job involves:
We are looking to hire highly energetic individuals with great communication, an impressive
personality with high confidence and a hustler mindset!!
We need 1-4 years of experience with a desire to grow in an early-stage start-up.
If you like making people smile, this role is for you. You would act as an on-ground operations
machine at Housr properties to ensure that the Housr residents have the most hassle-free
experience.
You will be responsible for managing the entire P&L for the assigned property.
In this crucial role, it will be up to you to ensure that Housr buildings have the highest standard
of living.
Your work will directly impact the customer experience a most important metric for Housr.
Candidate has to stay at the property and: -
Oversee customer service & support processes and organize them to enhance customer
satisfaction.
Supervise staff from different direct/indirect departments and provide constructive
feedback.
Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
Help to create a friendly team environment, providing support to colleagues & residents.
Act as a role model for the team; setting and promoting a high level of service standards.
Drive efficiencies for reactive and planned business.
Manage the shift supervisor/s in scheduling the overall teams working activities.
Vendor management and SLAs.
Plan and organize effectively, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effectively engage with customers, colleagues and team members alike.
Ensuring that security and safety regulations are met.
Managing the overall P&L and sales for the property.
Prerequisites:
He/she should have excellent communication skills.
Candidate has to be ready to stay at the property. Accommodation and food will be provided by
Housr.
Qualifications:
Graduate with a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.
Experience:
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a five-star hotel or Co-living setup.
Must be good at handling customer issues.
Should have handled operations, including maintenance, cleanliness and efficiency.
