Maintaining and understanding the schematics of all the rooms in the premises Turing the AV system ON (like switching on the displays, projectors, cameras, video conferencing device, AV rack, Microphones etc to check if there is no device fault) and testing the audio and video equipment (speaking into microphones and listening through speakers, plugging in a laptop/PC/VC device to see if the audio and video is coming from the displays, projectors, speakers etc) and testing the control system (like powering Displays, projectors, video walls and increasing & decreasing voume and switching the av sources between laptop/PC/Wireless Presenter/VC etc) daily in the morning to ensure that the AV system is working without any issue.Updating the status of daily testing to the client
Operating the system during the meetings/events and ensuring smooth operation
Maintaining list of all equipment with serial number room wise
Resolving any issues raised by client or found by self
Keeping record of IP addresses, Passwords (in switcher, VC, DSP, Streamers, Recorders, Cameras, Microphones etc) existing configurations and programs (in DSP, Control Processor, Audio Mixer, Switcher, streamer, recorder etc)
Performing PM Activity (testing devices to see if anything is faulty, testing all features of the system like switching, microphone pickup, speaker audio, control panel layout, control of devices as per touch panel, video conferencing far end and rear end clarity, projectors lamp life, audio conferencing features like look at me, speaker tracking, priority switching etc), updating firmware of the equipment (witcher, VC, DSP, Streamers, Recorders, Cameras, Microphones)
