Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Supervisor at Amritara Hotels and Resorts located in New Delhi. The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for daily tasks related to managing reservations, communicating with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing training to staff members.

• Reservations and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Training skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
