Managing Reservations:

Maximising Revenue:
- Work closely with the revenue management team to set room rates and implement pricing strategies.
- Monitor booking trends to optimize occupancy during peak and off-peak seasons.
Customer Service:

- Ensure a seamless booking experience for guests.
Team Supervision:
- Lead and train the reservations team.
