Job Description:

As a Reservation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reservation system. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Providing exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
• Maximizing occupancy and revenue through effective management of room inventory and pricing strategies.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences from reservation to check-out.
• Analyzing reservation data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.

Requirements:

We are seeking a dedicated individual with the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reservation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
