Comprehensive knowledge of global destinations, geography, and industry systems
Proficiency with major computer reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport Galileo)
Strong task management, documentation, and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
Provide travel solutions and post sales service to clients (B2B agents) based on their unique needs and preferences.
Utilize computer reservation systems and your extensive destination knowledge to recommend and book optimal travel arrangements
Address client enquiries promptly and record interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) system
Facilitate post-booking modifications such as reissuing tickets, processing refunds, and managing ancillary services
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Finance, Technical, and Suppliers to ensure seamless operations
Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency
Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
