Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent at DEX GROUP in Mumbai. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for daily tasks related to reservations, ticketing, customer service, and sales in the Travel & Tourism industry.

Job Description:

Assisting the travel agent, corporate clients and travel agencies with the group questionnaires and quotations

Creation of PNR, group ticketing, cancellation and refunds

Handling a series of different trade partners.

Maintaining group reports and daily sales reports

Assisting trade partners with capping and related issues

Checking the refund calculation and sending the same to accounts for authorization

Taking Escalation matters related to cancellation, complaints and resolving the same

Should be experienced in LCC carrier

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Bachelor's degree
