Reservation Agent
:
- Handle room bookings and reservations via phone, email, or online platforms
- Process cancellations, modifications, and refunds
- Provide hotel information and answer customer/Agent queries
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- follow up on payments and invoice with Hotel
- - Assist Agent with holiday package bookings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and activities
- Provide destination information and recommendations
- - Respond to agent inquiries and resolve issues
- Provide hotel and holiday information via phone, email, or chat
- Process feedback and complaints
- - Analyze and optimize room rates and occupancy
- Manage room inventory and availability by checking in emails
- - Plan and book customized holidays and itineraries for Dubai/maldives
- Provide destination expertise and recommendations
- Assist with travel documentation and visa requirements
